Sign your club to Shankdt — about ten minutes, no phone-tag.

The deal, plainly: you keep 100% of your green fees and cart hire, and you pay Shankdt nothing — no commission, no subscription, no set-up fee. The price the golfer sees already includes Shankdt’s booking service — typically 8–10% of your rate, never more than 12% — and is shown in rand before the golfer confirms (Schedule B shows a worked example). Your rate is yours in full. The software, including the free pro-shop console, is part of the deal.

Schedule B inside it is the plain-language fee summary. Your rate card, tee intervals and cancellation policy (Schedule A) are captured with you on the verification call, so nothing here locks a price in.

I am authorised to bind the Club to this agreement (clause 13).The Club accepts the Shankdt Club Partnership Agreement linked above, concluded electronically under clause 21.6 (ECTA).Optional — run your tee sheet on Shankdt (clause 6B). Your walk-in and phone bookings live in the free console, app bookings confirm instantly once booking opens, and every round on the sheet carries Shankdt’s part inside the price the golfer pays (clauses 7.2B–7.2C) — collected by your till and remitted monthly. Leave this unticked and your own channels carry nothing of Shankdt’s at all — you can elect it later in writing at any time.

Your details are processed under our privacy policy (see “Club partners and signatories”). We record the date, time, network address and browser details of the signature, and email the execution record, with the agreement attached, to you and to the club’s notice address.

Nothing is signed yet — we first email a 6-digit code to your address; entering it concludes the agreement. Even then nothing goes live until we verify the club’s registration and phone you. Your console code is handed over on that call. After signing you can enter the club’s bank details for payouts.
